The second section outlines the conceptual framework underpinning the outlook. In the third section, the innovation indicators are described and analyzed based on the framework, while the fourth section presents a consolidated scoreboard with innovation indicator domains and sub-domains. Key opportunities and challenges to innovation in Kenya including potential interventions are outlined in the fifth section.
